01Agreement
These Terms of service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Zymera", "we", "us"), with registered office at [Registered address]. By purchasing a membership, joining our Discord server, logging in to Zymera Hub or otherwise using our services, you accept these Terms, the Refund policy, the Privacy policy and the Risk disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
02The services
Zymera is a trading ecosystem that may include, depending on your plan:
- signals, market analysis and monthly performance recaps published by independent analysts and by the Zymera team;
- market tools and bots in Discord, such as Fear & Greed, news feeds, daily recaps, daily bias and airdrop alerts;
- Zymera Hub, a web platform with analytics, signal tracking, automations (tasks that place trades on accounts you connect), a copytrader, a backtester, a calculator, a journal, a news calendar and an AI assistant;
- community access and support provided by AI and by staff.
Features, analysts and integrations may change over time. We do not guarantee that any specific analyst, market, broker, exchange or prop firm will remain available.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the services where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you, and you are responsible for complying with them, including any rules on trading leveraged products or crypto assets.
04No financial advice
Nothing provided by Zymera is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation. Analysts publish their own opinions; statistics and recaps describe the past and are not a promise about the future. We are not a broker, an exchange, a portfolio manager or an investment adviser, and we never hold or manage your funds. Every trade, including trades placed by an automation you configured, is your own decision and your own responsibility.
05Your account and license
Your membership is personal. Your license key and the Discord account linked to it are for your use only: do not share, resell or publish them, and keep them secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend access if we detect sharing, abuse or a security risk.
06Free beta, subscriptions and billing
Free beta. While Zymera is in open beta, access is free and no payment method is required. We may change, limit or end the beta at any time. Paid plans will be announced in advance in our Discord, and you will never be moved to a paid plan or charged without choosing it yourself.
Paid plans. When paid plans are available, memberships are billed in advance for the period you choose (for example monthly, quarterly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: your access stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew afterwards. Prices and plans may change; changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance. Taxes may be added where required.
07Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases or when a problem caused by our service prevents you from using it, as described in the Refund policy.
08Brokers, exchanges and prop firms
Zymera Hub connects to third-party platforms that you choose, such as MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Bitunix, Bybit, Tradovate, TopstepX and prop firm accounts. Your relationship with them is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for the credentials and API keys you provide: use trading-only permissions and never enable withdrawals. We are not responsible for the actions, outages, pricing, fills, rule changes or decisions of third parties, including a prop firm failing or closing an account.
09Automations and execution
Automations follow the settings you choose (account, analyst, size, leverage, limits and options). Although we design them to be fast and accurate, execution depends on factors outside our control, including the analyst's message, your broker or exchange, market liquidity, connectivity and hosting providers. Orders may be delayed, partially filled, filled at a different price, rejected or not placed at all. Always test on a paper or demo account first, set risk limits you can afford, and monitor your accounts. MetaTrader 5 automations run through ZymeraBot on your own computer or server and only work while it is running.
10AI features
The AI assistant can make mistakes. Its answers, strategies, code, grades and simulations may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be checked before you rely on them. When you connect your own model or API key, your use is also subject to that provider's terms and costs. Free AI usage is subject to fair-use limits.
11Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, forward, resell or publish signals, analysis, recaps or other members-only content outside Zymera;
- share access with others or create multiple accounts to avoid limits;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to break the security of the services;
- use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including harassment of members, analysts or staff.
12Intellectual property
The services, software, design, brand, content and data compilations are owned by Zymera or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them during your membership. Strategies you write remain yours.
13Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, release updates, and modify or discontinue features.
14Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and without any warranty of trading results.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zymera will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, loss of data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
16Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zymera against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services or your violation of third-party rights or laws.
17Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share your access, abuse the community or create legal or security risks. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
18Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / jurisdiction]. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of [Country / jurisdiction], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
19Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify members in Discord or by email. Continuing to use the services after the update means you accept the new Terms.
